In the event that you are unhappy with any of the products you purchased from our site, please contact us within thirty (30) days of your purchase to be eligible for a refund, replacement or exchange. If thirty (30) days have elapsed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund, replacement, or exchange. Upon receipt of your request, we will determine whether or not a refund or exchange is appropriate. Once we receive your refund request, we will provide clear instructions on how or if to return the products to us. We do not accept returns of products that have been used. If we so determine that the product should be returned, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to return any products. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned products. We will also notify you by email of our approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable time following approval.
