Layout your tweezers, ear seeds, and placement chart that are included in each of our Cosma Starter Kits.
Before applying your ear seeds, clean your ears with rubbing alcohol or witch hazel. Even freshly showered ears have a thin layer of earwax and oil on them! Cleaning your ears ensures the adhesive will stick properly and stay adhered for several days.
Using your tweezers, gently remove the adhesive “disc” with the ear seed attached. DO NOT remove the ear seed alone as it will not adhere to your ears.
Referencing the included placement chart, choose your desired pressure points. Using the tweezers, place the ear seed sticky-side down on your selected point.
Press down on the ear seed to ensure it adheres to your ear. You can even "clamp" from either side to apply even pressure.
Wear your ear seeds for 3-5 days and enjoy your feel-good bling.
