1. Prep your ears by cleaning with rubbing alcohol or witch hazel.
2. Using your tweezers, gently remove the adhesive “disc” with the ear seed attached. DO NOT remove the ear seed alone as it will not adhere to your ears. Place on your desired pressure point.
3. Press down to secure.
4. Gently massage the ear seeds throughout the day to trigger the pressure point and feel the powerful effects of the ear seeds!
